Total Experience : 5+ yrs

Relevant Experience :- 4+ years in PeopleSoft HRMS

PeopleSoft Technical Skills:- PeopleSoft SQR, Integration Broker, Component Interface. Workflows, Application Packages, Application Engine

Functional knowledge of:- PeopleSoft. HCM Workforce Admin, PeopleSoft. HCM Benefits Admin, Talent Acquisition, Time and Expense

Versions : PeopleSoft Application version:- 8.9 / PeopleTools version:- 8.47 above

Knowledge of any Financial Modules will be added advantage.

Qualification : Any Graduate (Regular) with min. 51% marks - Preferably BE

Excellent communication skills and good experience.

Initially on Contract to Hire basis : On good performance, you will be considered on permanent payrolls of our client.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Through outbound calls reach out to customers who warranties have expired.

2. Identify the needs of the customer using the Dell machine and sell additional extended warranties, or depending on the need of the customer introduce new peripherals and if required even sell a new machine.

3. Complete the financial transaction if the customer decides to procure some of the options given by the agent.

4. Ensure that customer privacy is completely met when dealing with customer’s credit card and other financial instruments.

5. Adequately log all opportunities possible in the future if the customer decides to utilize the opportunity on a future date.

6. Be familiar with all deals that Dell will be offering from time to time to customers so that the right sales opportunity is capitalized.

7. Offer the right amount of discount which is within the sales policy of Dell.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Good communication skills

2. Aptitude towards computers and aptitude for selling.

3. Keenness to learn computer and troubleshooting opportunities

4. Six months of previous sales/ up selling / collections experience is required

Education Qualifications :

• Graduates in any stream. (10+2+3)
