Experience :  Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant post-academic practical and hands on experience in Software Development. Proficiency in C/C++, Software Development for Embedded / Real Time Systems, Communication Systems / Switching Systems, Command & Control Systems/Sub-Systems, Tactical Data Link, Interface Protocol for Sensors and Weapon Systems, Network Management System. Experience in usage of CASE tools like Rational, Software engineering standards like DoD 2167A/MIL-STD-498/IEEE 12207. Experience in software development with Real time Kernel/Real Time Operating Systems like LynxOS, VxWorks /Linux. Teaching experience will not be considered as experience.
