• Candidate should have strong understanding of the various sources of recruitment.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong understanding of IT skills and terminologies.
• Flexible regarding work timings.
• Good attitude, team player, target driven, career oriented and a quick learner.

• Prior experience in contract staffing
Responsibilities
• Involved in end to end recruitment lifecycle.
• Detailed analysis of the JD – to understand the client’s requirement thoroughly.
• Sourcing and screening of valid profiles.
• Ensuring SLAs are met for providing the validated profiles.
• Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interview and ensuring following up.
• Candidate Selection, offer negotiation and follow up with joining to ensure the onboardings.
• Taking ownership of handling walk-ins.
• Maintaining own database and uploading of resumes in RADAR.
