Job Description
• Excellent vocal and written Communication skills
• Basic Midrange services knowledge including Windows Active Directory, UNIX , LINUX
• Should have understanding about Security domain. ( Good to have)
• Microsoft certification (MCSA and MCSE) added advantage ( Good to have)
• Should have good troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding about Client/Server environment.
• Should be aware about basic Account provisioning including : ( Good to have)
a) Creation of Active Directory Accounts
b) Disabling/Deletion of AD objects
c) Modification of Active Directory objects
d) Creation/modification/deletion of mailboxes
e) Understanding of file/folder share access
f) Active Directory Groups.
g) Delegation of rights in Active Directory
h) All the above as applicable to Linux and UNIX environment
