Job Description:
• Responsible for the accurate data entry of confidential employee information into SAP.
• Source data may be provided in formats such as electronic forms and spreadsheets.
• Data may relate to the following actions: new hires, terminations, organizational changes, leave of absences, pay changes and job changes.
• Maintains and updates SAP tables as needed.
• May generate standard reports.
• Performs standard audits of data entry
Role Description:
• As a skilled specialist, completes tasks in creative and effective ways.
• Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative.
• Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions.
• Determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
• May provide guidance to others.
