Job Description
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Process Analyst is required to work for a global business process outsourcing organization. Process Analyst with ITIL skills will be a part of Information Technology group.
ITIL Process Analyst is responsible for the implementation and support of ITIL best practices. Also responsible to manage and maintain the integrity of the relevant ITIL processes to meet the organizational and operational needs. Researches and advises on the development and use of related processes liaising with internal operations, external vendors and contractors. ITIL Process Analyst will take assist the manager in creating and maintaining process documents, provide advice and support on existing ITIL processes and work with the IT team to deliver continual improvement to ITIL based processes and new initiatives.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
•Performing day-to-day operations related to Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
•Assuring support and co-operation for various internal teams
•Gather and analyze service performance data
•Assist in developing gap analysis detailing existing verses future ITIL processes
•Perform Root Cause Analysis
•Perform Trend Analysis
•Prepare reports and presentation materials for existing servIces and communicate findings
•Assists with analysis of existing methods to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement and simplification
•Assists in the coordination of business process changes

Education/Knowledge:
Graduation or advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience / Skill:
•Must have one (1) to two (2) years of previous job related experience
•Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word & Power point
•Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills
•ITIL V3 Foundation certification is an added advantage.
•Should be aware and conversant with the Aditya Birla Minacs Policies & Procedures.
Willingness to work in shifts
