Identify and shortlist available options available for being able to negotiate a payment schedule
Be able to negotiate the maximum possible collectible amount from the customer.
Be able to tackle difficult customers with delinquency profiles who do not intend to pay and want the account written off.
Negotiate and extract confirmed “promise to pay” schedule.
Resolution of customer inquiries.

Educational Qualification Required:
10+2/Graduates with 6 months experience in any customer service process (collection background preferred).
