Brief overview of NAS BackOffice

The COBRA and FSA operations teams perform activities pertaining to administration of COBRA and FSA benefits to clients and their employees. Nature of activities performed range from adjudicating claims, processing images, working on clarify requests, setting up of new client accounts in the system and responding to client’s queries via email.

FRESHERS: Associate Customer Service Representative – Non Voice
Fresh B.Com, BA, BHM and B.Sc graduates (2009 batch only) with 60% marks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good analytical skills.
Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things.
Flexible to stretch as per business requirements.

Qualification: B.Com, B.A, BHM, BSc

Job Location : Hyderabad

Note:
