Position Overview
As an L2 Server Support Engineer, your role is to ensure escalated issues in Replicon SaaS environment are taken care of in a timely manner, so that customers are able to use our SaaS service.
Key Responsibilities:
Remote monitoring of Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 servers which includes of Performance, uptime, SQL DB, website status, web based application & server resources
Responding to Alerts on monitoring tools
Identify the root cause and troubeshoot
Troubleshoot Web Application, website issues & IIS
Handle Level1 Escalations, and adhere to escalation matrix
Knowledge on SQL and SQL Server
Knowledge on Linux would be added advantage
