• Must have 3- 5 Years of experience working as Network Analyst.

•  Candidate Should be willing to work in Regular Night shift

• Responsible for implementing various WAN technologies.

•  Must have hands on experience in Frame-Relay/ VPN/

MPLS/ISDN/ PTP.

•  Must have hands on experience in trouble shooting Firewalls.

• Responsible for implementing various hardware platforms. This includes, but will not be limited to Cisco Catalyst switches, 7000 series, 3000 series, 2000 series, 1000 series, 800 series and other routers.

• Responsible for 2nd level WAN implementation assistance and troubleshooting.

• Responsible for coordinating with onsite support, when required, by the customer.

• Responsible for customer relations and exceeding customer expectations for service and communication.

• Responsible for design and implementation of non-standard WAN deployments as requested by management

• Responsible for 100% compliance to change management and problem management process and procedures
