Job Description
(1) Attend enquiries over phone or in person from students, parents, professionals, industry, etc. in professional manner
(2) Understand and become conversant with different training programs offered at EDST training centers
(3) Perform administrative duties as deemed essential as and when required
(4) Interact/Liaise with industry as required
Desired Candidate Profile
(1) Graduate from recognized university
(2) 1+ years experience as receptionist/academic counselor in prominent training institutions or company.
(3) Possess pleasing manners and good communication and inter-personal skills
(4) Ability to understand and address enquiries and concerns, either in person or over phone, with patience
(5) Proficiency in English is a must; Proficiency in Tamil will be an added advantage.
