Purpose of the Department
This area would specifically involved in the internet banking queries of the customer from a Wealth Management Services perspective wherein the applicant would need to resolve queries, fix solutions and coordination between various inter departments.

Job Description
- Checking of Customer Documents and Files
- Maintaining Customer Databases
- Uploading Customer A/C information on to the HSBC Systems
- Interacting with other departments to capture data
- would need to interact with various inter departments between Account Opening and WMS and business and would be responsible for speedy and accurate resolution of queries so that customer experience is satisfactory
