Job Description
IBM Daksh is currently looking for AM - Operations (Retentions & Collections) for Bangalore.
Requirements: Any graduate
Flexible with shifts
Immediate joinees preferred
Prior experience in collections preferably in a domestic telecom process
Should be proficient in atleast 1 South-Indian language
Overall experience of 4 to 6 yrs with atleast 1 year as a people manager
