Job Description
IBM Daksh is currently looking for Asst Manager – Operations (Voice) for Bangalore.
Requirements:
Any graduate
Experience of at least 4 years in a BPO with minimum 1 year as a TL
Flexibility to Shifts
Language Proficiency - English with any Southern languages like Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam
Preference to candidates with telecom/ISP process
