Requirement Specification:
Ideal candidate should have the following skills:
Should have 0 – 3 yrs experience in a voice based process
Must possess excellent oral communication skills
Should have work experience using MS Office (Word, Excel)
Must possess excellent composition & writing skills
Additional Specification:
Candidates willing to work in Night Shifts only need to apply
Candidates should be willing to work in Collections Voice Process
Candidates should have secured minimum 40% in their graduation, XIIth, Xth
Selected candidates must be willing to sign an Employment Agreement (bond) as per the company policy
Candidates should not have any gaps in education and employment
