Walk in for Helpdesk professionals with experience around 1.6+ Years in IT Industry

Role: Sr. Helpdesk Analyst

Educational Qualification: B.E (Any stream)/B.Sc/ B.C.A/M.Sc/ M.C.A, Diploma (Technical) (Minimum of 50% across academics)

Work Location :   iGATE, Whitefield Bangalore

Date & Timings: 5th Jun 10, 9 AM to 2 PM

JD: Mandatory Skills:

· Should be from technical voice support background & willing to work for voice support

· Very Good Communication skills

· Willing to work-in Canadian timings ( 5PM – 2AM)

· Exposure in troubleshooting & installing in OS, Mail clients ( outlook / lotus notes), networking and application software’s

· Exposure in any ticketing tool

· Experience or knowledge in SLA Mgmt, KPI’s

Secondary Skills:

· Good understanding of Ticketing and Remote connect tools

· Awareness of PC Hardware Environment, Printers

· Ability to work effectively as a team member

· Ability to handle continuous calls

· Ability to diffuse volatile situations when distressed or irate customers call for support

· Use initiative to find ways of solving incidents. Clear and logical thought processes are required to identify causes of an incident

· Able to listen to a caller explain the incident, determine the probable cause, and logically take the caller through a step-by-step problem determination procedure, using telephone support

· Able to categorize an incident correctly for call tracking and logging purposes
