Customer Technical Support Executive : —-
We are looking for a Civil Engineer Diploma or BTech holder with minimum 5 years of experience in cement Industry to handle all technical queries of customers for a leading cement firm.

Job Description:
• To create Brand awareness & Building relationship with customer through site visit
• Provide Concrete testing through Mobile Testing Van and other technical help
• Arranging/Conducting meeting & seminars for Masons, Building Contractor, IHB, Engineers, Pre-cast manufacturers.
• Establish quality interface with customers/influencers/consumers.
• Prompt solution for complaint for cement quality
• Survey for different building material
• Ensure compliance of systems & procedures
A Civil engineer exposed to concrete basics and working for any of the construction fields can become part of Customer Support Group. Only, he needs passion for words called CONCRETE and CONSTRUCTION. A person who can work relentless towards a goal to help customers in BUILDING STRONGER is a perfect fit – as Technical Officer at Customer Support.
The Candidates should having good knowledge in Cement and Concrete
* The Candidates should be well competent with high quality of technical knowledge of material used in Building and Construction.
* The candidates will be involved in dealing with Clients & dealers, contractors providing them Technical Knowledge to our clients & projects
