Job Description
3 - 6 yrs work experience in the area of System admin and ITES field.
Minimum 2 yrs System administrator work experience like Domain Configuration, ADS, DNS configuration, DHCP Configuration, IIS server, Windows 2000 & 2003 OS, ISA proxy server etc.
Should have good knowledge in Clustering and RAID configuration on server class machine.
Experience on TCP/IP, FTP protocols.
Working experience on Lotus Notes Mailing.
Should have good knowledge in SQL 2000/2005 server installation / Configuration.
Good communications & Presentation Skills.
Ready to work in shifts.
Able to communicate in English & Regional language (able to speak in Hindi will be an added advantage).
Having Certifications like MCSE/ITIL etc., is an added advantage.
Desired Profile
Custodian of Servers/desk top/ applications.
Deploy/install, maintain contact center Applications (both internal and external)
Responsible for continuous function of all servers, Desk tops and applications
Improve and monitor Front desk data integrity with respect to Systems
Customize applications and resources to suit RBPO business requirements and end client’s requirements
Time to time update of ADS/DNS entries, security patches at RBPO.
Implementation and maintenance of Antivirus tools/ proxy servers / security applications.
Implementation of Administration policy for all applications/servers as per RBPO Technology Policy.
Adherence to Security/password/access policies.IT Walkin
