Desired Experience : 4 to 6 Years (Mandatory)
Job Description :
1. Must have worked on the SAP HR Implementation Projects
2. Must have good knowledge of SAP functionality
3. Must have worked on multi country global rollout
4. Should understand the Client requirement and provide solution as per platform
5. Interact with client and independently provide solutions in the global workshops.
6. Should be able to guide the data migration, integration, training and all aspects beyond SAP HR configuration
7. Must have worked in SAP HR Techno-Functional area like WFA, Time Mgmt (+ve) and Talent Mgmt, e recruit, compensation and benefit, etc.
Please make sure, you meet the eligibility criteria :
1. Full Time Graduates / Post Graduates in:
- BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MSc / MCA / MCM / MS
- Special consideration will be given to B.Sc. / BCA holders with 3.5 years of relevant functional / technical experience. However, there will be a deduction in their relevant experience, as per current policy.
2. Consistent academic records Class X onwards (Minimum 50%)
3. Candidates interviewed by us in the last 6 months are not eligible
4. Candidates with more than 2 years break in their academic / professional career will not be considered
5. Correspondence/Part time courses will not be considered.
